OLD REPUBLIC TITLE

OPEN CONCEPT + COLLABORATION

CREATING COLLABORATION STATIONS

THE STORY + THE SOLUTION

Working closely with the Vice President of Corporate Operations and Process at Old Republic Title in Minneapolis, we created a design to inject collaboration and energy into their workflow and office culture.

We were able to develop a sleek working environment with height-adjustable tables, modern designed furniture, and an open concept workflow.

DESIGN INFLUENCES: MID-CENTURY MODERN + ANDY WARHOL
The Old Republic design is heavily influenced by the Mid-Century Modern movement but they wanted to add energy and vibrance of the Pop Art ink style color pallet being used in advertisements during this time frame.

HOW DID OLD REPUBLIC REACT TO THE NEW LOOK?

The concept & installation were a great success! We enjoyed designing a revitalized space - and helped to create a collaborative working environment for everyone on their team.
